Cost-Plus Pricing
No Imaginary Numbers
We’re in the business of building, not hiding.
Most fixed-price contracts include a “buffer” to protect the builder’s profit, meaning you often pay for contingencies that never happen. They also open the door for material substitutions that charge you the same rate for lower quality materials.
At Fox Run, we use a Cost-Plus model.
What you pay:
- The actual cost of materials and labor
- A fixed management fee that we agree upon before we ever break ground

The Face Behind the Builds
Fox Run Construction respects the integrity of a blueprint as much as the reality of a budget. Founded over a decade ago by Jeff Shaw, Fox Run Construction was built on a simple “now or never” realization: residential projects deserve more than just a crew—they deserve a craftsman’s undivided attention.
Within the first year, Fox Run transitioned from high-end subcontracting to full-service General Contracting, leveraging a hard-earned reputation for precision that remains their hallmark today.
Jeff has been in construction since 1998, including site carpenter, timber framer, timber project manager on a small to large commercial scale, and residential project manager roles. No matter the project, he’s ready to lead the Fox Run team in bringing your vision to life.
